Here's everything that you need to know for the wedding.

TRANSPORTATION

We have arranged free transport from one pickup point in Whistler Blackcomb Villlage to the Venue on the morning of the wedding at and transportation back at the end of the night. If you would like to get an earlier ride back please arrange a taxi in advance. There isn't Uber in whistler, you you'll have to do it the old fashioned way and call!

PICK UP TIME: 12pm

ACCOMODATION & FLIGHTS

We recommend staying in Whistler for the weekend of the wedding as this is where we will be arranging transport to and from. Its preferable to book a hotel/AirBnB as soon as possible as rooms soon fill up in Whistler! Flights are generally released for sale 12-10 months in advance. The sooner that you book your flight usually the cheaper it will be!

We will be staying the Four Season's hotel in Whistler, and at home (Kitsilano) while we are in Vancouver!

ATTIRE

We request a formal dress code if you are a day guest. For those joining us who are planning on wearing heels, we recommend a thicker heel as our ceremony is in the forest!

We appreciate that we are having a Destination wedding, so we do not expect anything from our guests at all! But if you would like to give us something, a contribution to our UK Chocolate collection would be greatly appreciated! But if you insist a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.
